Red and Black Happy Birthday Banner

This listing is for a HAPPY BIRTHDAY banner in Black and Red card stock. Two Garlands make up this listing! The colors of the banner can be customized if requested. This banner is made out of card stock and is in all upper case letters, it comes in one size with the flags measuring 7" and the letters at 4" tall. The banner is solid black on the reverse side.
