Small CONGRATULATIONS Banner

This listing is for a "CONGRATULIATIONS" banner in White (Iridescent) and Gold Glitter card stock. This banner is made out of thick Glitter card stock and is in all upper case letters, it comes in one size with the flags measuring 2.25"x1.5" and the letters at 1" tall. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A SMALL BANNER. It can be used to decorate a small space or a memory board for graduation and much much more! The banner measures approximately 2ft (24 inches) and has 12" of string on each side for hanging. The banner is solid white on the reverse side. Banner is strung along a white string.
